A used Late 1980s APS Stampbank 2000 – a Private Royal Mail Stamp Booklet Vending Machine.

It’s tiny! Dimensions are 12″ high, 6″ depth/width. Plastic (likely ABS) construction.

Will vend small stamp booklets but none are supplied, they are easily available ‘NOS’ on eBay though!

Only accepts the old £1 coin – we supply a ‘slug’ (token) in case you don’t have one.

Note these machines NEVER had a lock (they were a legal workaround – a ‘vending machine’ next to a till was not ‘selling stamps’ which was not liberalised until later) and use a standard PZ2 screwdriver to open.

Fully working, but sold mainly as a curio / display item.
