Based on urbex photos (below) from the Granada TV studios, Quay St., Manchester, this unit uses two NOS (New Old Stock) 1970s luminaire cases made by Crompton Lighting and near exact replicas of the original Perspex legends.

Made in the UK, we’ve used vintage fluorescent tubes (again, NOS) and included a remote control so you can choose whether you’re ‘just messing around’ or ‘vision on’!

Please don’t confuse this quality unit with cheap, imported rubbish – the case is made of thick aluminium and even the tube driver was made in the UK (Halifax). For safety, the unit runs on 12V and a transformer is supplied.
